Crystal Building Design - Studie 1
The idea of this outstanding design is to establish natural environments which will be of use for human needs, plants and animals into the hearts of modern cities. This design provides interior and exterior living spaces in an futuristic character. Take the opportunity to use this new approach for town planning.
In the past, the fast growing cities pushed nature away to the outskirts of the towns. The Crystal Building Design is the future answer to this fact. With this design, we bring oxigene providing loungs into the cities. These natural green environments will supply a large range of relaxing garden spaces with clean water, plants, birds and bees.

With the latest technical solutions, the Crystal Building Design will reduce the consumption of water and energy of the large buildings. This reduction - being one of the major tasks of our design - will for sure be one of the most convincing arguments for the town planning.

Each floor can have balconies on all ends, which will be used for plants as well as for outside sitting areas. Through the planted terraces used, grey water will be guided and in the same time, it will be filtered into clean water as well as being used for watering the plants.
The sloped curtain wall will protect one elevation from the sun - thus this also reduce the amount of cooling energy enormously. The plants on the roofs will as well act as a "sun-blocker" and together with the very sophisticated heating and cooling system, the power demand will be decreased. The exterior structure can also be used for solar collectors, waterguiding plant terraces and bird housing platforms. The Crystal Building Design with it's futuristic look will be a remarkable landmark to all skylines, and in the same time sets new limits to building efficency and low running costs.
